Terms of Service

By browsing or purchasing from case-hits.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Every card listed on the Site is a single, physical, one-of-a-kind item — once it sells, that listing is gone for good. We describe each card's condition, and PSA grade where applicable, to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing. Photos are of the actual card being sold.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout; we do not receive or store your full card details.

Because each card is one of a kind, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, if an item was already sold, a listing contained a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Orders are packaged carefully and shipped via a tracked carrier. Estimated processing and delivery times will be communicated at checkout or by email; these are estimates, not guarantees. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

Because each card is unique, all sales are final, except:

• the item arrives significantly not as described in the listing, or
• the item is damaged in transit.

In either case, contact us at support@case-hits.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will work with you on a refund or replacement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Case Hits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of a product. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Case Hits operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
